Patrick has a long history working in Hospitality. His first job in a restaurant was in high school working as a dishwasher on the weekends. Patrick’s hospitality career finished as a multi-state District Manager.
Patrick always found that the most rewarding part of the hospitality industry was the opportunity to connect with people. He found that building teams of highly effective, dynamic people by identifying talent is what led to the success of his operations.
