Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • 3 years in a similar role in a high-volume location
  • New restaurant opening experience a plus
  • Strong floor presence and hospitality mindset
  • Track record of labor control
  • Strong leader and mentor for the team
  • Organized and proactive problem solver

Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide our guests with friendly and professional service, excellent food quality, and consistency of execution in an attractive, well-maintained environment
  • Thoroughly train the team in service sequence and product knowledge while making every effort to meet and exceed the expectations of each and every guest
  • Support the service team in creating an exceptional experience for all guests
  • Coach, mentor, train and develop hourly staff
  • Support GM and AGM with administrative tasks
