Catering Director of Sales – Houston, TX
Compensation: Base salary + commission-based bonuses
A Catering Sales Director is needed to drive offsite catering sales—from casual gatherings to upscale events. The ideal candidate has an established book of business with affluent, food-savvy clientele, strong outreach skills, and the ability to close leads efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Grow catering sales to $500K annually through outreach, lead development, and partnerships.
- Manage inbound inquiries, vet and close catering leads, and expand brand visibility.
- Secure vendor listings with event venues, colleges, businesses, and charities.
- Write detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate with the culinary team from order through execution.
- Set up business on platforms such as EZCater to optimize catering accessibility.
- Off site support and face of the Brand presence as needed for specialty events.
