Healthcare Business Development Executive – Cincinnati/Newport/Covington
We are a leading national senior living service provider looking for an experienced Healthcare Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales and territory management, with a solid understanding of senior living. You will engage healthcare professionals across physicians' offices, long-term care, and acute/post-acute care settings to drive growth. If you are a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, this is an exciting opportunity for you!
Healthcare Business Development Executive Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $80K
- Bonus potential up to 35% of base salary (paid quarterly)

Healthcare Business Development Executive Qualifications:
- 5+ years of healthcare sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas
- Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of senior living and post-acute care environments
- Established connections with Case Managers, Discharge Planners, and Social Workers in hospitals and rehab facilities
- Experience in field territory sales (this is not a remote or inside sales role)
Healthcare Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and engaging new referral sources
- Conduct in-person outreach to build and maintain relationships within the senior living and healthcare community
- Work closely with inside sales to consistently surpass revenue targets
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand brand presence and increase referrals
