Are you a skilled Land Surveyor looking to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting land development projects across New Hampshire by delivering accurate survey data and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Land Surveyor Responsibilities:

Perform boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
Utilize total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors to capture accurate field data
Process survey data in accordance with NH-BOLS (Board of Licensure for Land Surveyors) standards
Analyze field data and prepare detailed reports, plans, and CAD drawings
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align on objectives

Land Surveyor Qualifications:

Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure
Strong working knowledge of modern surveying instruments and software
Deep understanding of land surveying practices, techniques, and legal principles
Effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
