Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a full service restaurant with BOH scratch kitchen experience
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Familiar with SOPs
- Able to manage inventory and food cost
- Coach, guide, and mentor BOH team
Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Support BOH operations under the guidance of the EKM
- Produce excellent food consistently
- Manage prep
