We are seeking a Director of Concierge to join our team. If you are passionate about providing amazing and top-quality experience, meeting new and interesting people, we invite you to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, high energy, time spent outside and inside, both day and evening shifts, and a big smile. You should be observant, outgoing and always with a positive attitude!

 

Director of Concierge Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary ranges between $70,000.00 – $85,000.00

Director of Concierge Requirements:

·      Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent work experience.

·      5+ years of recent experience in a private club or luxury concierge position.

·      Able to train, lead and supervise the concierge team and provide consistent exemplary service

·      Skilled in developing and managing budgets and tracking expenditures.

·      Prior experience of planning and coordinating events including catering and logistics is preferred.

·      Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with skills of diplomacy and tact.

·      Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

·      Discretion and respect when handling confidential information.

·      Valid driver’s license with good driving record

 

Director of Concierge Duties:

·      Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail

·      Maintain positive ongoing relationships

·      Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism

·      Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs

·      Represent the company with integrity and dedication
