We’re seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with insurance defense experience to join a rapidly growing legal team in Kingwood. You’ll take ownership of a dynamic caseload focused on first-party property claims, collaborate closely with clients and claims professionals, and gain meaningful courtroom exposure. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full docket of insurance defense cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal motions
- Handle depositions, court hearings, and motion arguments
- Strategize with clients and internal teams to support defense objectives
- Assist with fraud prevention efforts in litigation
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
- Proficiency with courtroom procedure and file management
- Strong legal writing and case strategy skills
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Experience with first-party property claims is a strong plus
