We’re seeking a seasoned Geotechnical Engineering to lead high-impact projects across private development, utilities, municipal infrastructure, and light industrial sectors. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and client engagement, making it ideal for someone ready to take ownership of complex geotechnical programs from start to finish.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $130,000–$135,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage geotechnical site investigations, including fieldwork and lab coordination
- Analyze soil behavior and perform modeling (slope stability, settlement, bearing capacity, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive geotechnical reports and recommendations
- Provide engineering support on construction methods and design modifications
- Review and interpret construction documents to ensure alignment with specs and regulations
- Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules for both small and large-scale projects
- Maintain strong client relationships and collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering post-licensure
- Strong technical skills in geotechnical analysis, modeling software, and reporting
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client communications
- Deep knowledge of industry codes, safety regulations, and construction standards
