A leader in the Hotel segment is looking for an experienced Hospitality Professional to join our team as a General Manager. We are a people-focused company, with a great culture and an amazing team. We're looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the hotel
- Handling guest complaints
- Manage ongoing profitability of the hotel
- Develop actions for maximizing revenue, guest satisfaction, and employee satisfaction
General Manager Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
- Three to five years’ experience as a Hotel GM
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
General Manager Benefits:
