Are you a fan of St. Louis sports with a passion for hospitality? We are looking for a strong Restaurant Operations Manager for our busy restaurant. Our property is a unique gathering place filled with contemporary cuisine and creative cocktails in one of St. Louis’ most iconic areas. Our brand is growing – come grow with us!
What the Restaurant Manager can expect from us
- Work/Life Balance – 40-45 hour work week
- Vacation in the first year
- 5 Sick Days that roll over if not used
- Health insurance with employer contribution
- Ability to grow within the organization
You'll be a great Restaurant Manager when you have
- 3 years in a similar role in a high-volume (5M+) location
- Strong floor presence and hospitality mindset
- A track record of running tight labor controls
- A passion for being a leader and mentor for the team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
