Human Resources Generalist | Hybrid | Seattle, WA

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Benefits-Eligible | Up to 25% Travel

Are you an HR professional with a passion for hospitality and a knack for supporting teams across multiple locations? Our client, a rapidly growing restaurant group, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team!

This hybrid role offers a mix of remote work and 2–3 days onsite at local restaurant locations, with regional travel (up to 25%) to ensure consistent HR support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
  • Support field managers with employee relations and HR guidance
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and maintain employee records
  • Ensure HR compliance and contribute to process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in HR, with hospitality or retail experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR systems (HotSchedules, PMS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
