Human Resources Generalist | Hybrid | Seattle, WA
Full-Time | Direct Hire | Benefits-Eligible | Up to 25% Travel
Are you an HR professional with a passion for hospitality and a knack for supporting teams across multiple locations? Our client, a rapidly growing restaurant group, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team!
This hybrid role offers a mix of remote work and 2–3 days onsite at local restaurant locations, with regional travel (up to 25%) to ensure consistent HR support.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Support field managers with employee relations and HR guidance
- Administer payroll, benefits, and maintain employee records
- Ensure HR compliance and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years in HR, with hospitality or retail experience preferred
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HR systems (HotSchedules, PMS, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
