Culinary Director Qualifications/Responsibilities

Menu innovation and recipe creation
Kitchen Design and set up a plus
New restaurant opening experience
Experience of leading 5 or more restaurants
Approachable and supportive leadership style
Vendor relations and price negotiation
High energy and a strong work ethic
