Now Hiring: Director of Premium Services – Relocation to Boston

A premier venue in the heart of Boston is seeking a seasoned Director of Premium Services to oversee a $25 million operation. This high-impact role leads all facets of premium seat service, luxury suites, upscale outlets, and large-scale event execution. The position requires a strategic leader with a passion for premium hospitality, the ability to manage complex operations, and a proven history of developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L accountability for a $25M operation
  • Direct oversight of 6 managers across multiple premium service areas
  • Strategic planning and execution of all premium and event operations
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Catering to deliver elevated guest experiences
  • Drive operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Union labor experience is preferred.
  • 5–10 years of recent leadership experience at the Director or Assistant General Manager level
  • Demonstrated expertise in premium dining, suites, catering, and high-volume event services
  • A leadership style that thrives in high-energy, dynamic environments
  • A growth mindset and desire to build a long-term career in premium hospitality
