We are looking for our next culinary leader in our Luxury property! We are seeking a leader who brings a refined culinary style and has experience with fine dining, casual dining, banquets, and catering.
Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years as an Executive Chef for a Fine Dining restaurant or hotel with fine dining outlets
- 1+ year experience in Hotels or resorts
- 1+ year of experience with banquets and catering
- True Servant leader mentality, working arm in arm with your team, and leading by example
- Proven success with managing culinary financials including food cost and labor cost
- Holds high expectations for food safety, quality, and kitchen cleanliness
- Be a marketable and camera-ready culinary leader
