Are you a powerhouse in the kitchen with a passion for leadership and scratch cooking? We're hiring an Executive Chef to lead a high-performing culinary team in a fast-paced, upscale, farm-to-table café and market. This is your shot to own the kitchen, elevate the food, and leave your mark.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead from the Front – Develop, coach, and inspire a team that delivers excellence every service
  • Create with Purpose – Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect quality, creativity, and precision
  • Own the Numbers – Full responsibility for kitchen financials, including food cost, labor, and inventory
  • Raise the Bar – Ensure every dish meets elite standards for flavor, consistency, and presentation

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in an Executive Chef role, leading high-volume, scratch kitchens
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and retain top-tier culinary talent
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, food costing, and operations
  • ServSafe Manager Certification
  • A relentless drive for innovation, precision, and excellence
