What You’ll Do:
- Lead from the Front – Develop, coach, and inspire a team that delivers excellence every service
- Create with Purpose – Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect quality, creativity, and precision
- Own the Numbers – Full responsibility for kitchen financials, including food cost, labor, and inventory
- Raise the Bar – Ensure every dish meets elite standards for flavor, consistency, and presentation
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in an Executive Chef role, leading high-volume, scratch kitchens
- Proven ability to hire, train, and retain top-tier culinary talent
- Solid understanding of P&L management, food costing, and operations
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- A relentless drive for innovation, precision, and excellence
