Seeking a seasoned Lead CPA – Tax & Client Services to lead client accounts, manage tax prep and filing, and oversee bookkeeping. This role is the main client contact and collaborates with tax and bookkeeping teams to ensure accurate, compliant financials year-round for a diverse client base.

Lead CPA – Tax & Client Services Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Active CPA certification
- 4+ years of tax preparation experience, including multi-entity clients
- Strong accounting background with experience managing bookkeeping staff
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Entrepreneurial mindset to support firm growth
- Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
