Are you ready to simplify complexity and make a difference in healthcare? We are seeking a passionate Clinical Training Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the way in advancing patient care with cutting-edge vascular closure technology. As a Clinical Training Manager for our Vascular Closure Device, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of within the cath lab environment. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and train medical professionals, including nurses and physicians, on the proper techniques and procedures for utilizing the Vascular Closure Device.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Open and operationalize new clinical sites with hands-on support.
  • Train clinical staff and distribution partners on product use and best practices.
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing clinical programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and address barriers to quality care.

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Experience in clinical training or education within the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel and work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
