HVAC Service Manager – Southside Virginia
$90,000 – $135,000 | Company Truck + Relocation Package (for the right person)

Service Manager Qualifications:
- 6+ years of HVAC or related trade experience
- 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory or team lead role
- Strong mechanical know-how and field-based troubleshooting skills
- Motivated leader who can coach, inspire, and hold teams accountable
- Clear communicator who’s solution-focused and customer-first
- Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of HVAC service technicians and installers with confidence and care
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and on-the-ground technical support
- Drive performance to meet revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Manage training, performance reviews, and technician development
- Recruit and onboard new talent to meet growing demand
- Ensure safety compliance and high service standards
- Partner cross-functionally to keep operations running smoothly
