What You’ll Do
As an SDR, you’ll be the front line of our sales team — identifying and connecting with high-potential prospects, driving engagement, and setting the stage for meaningful client conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify key prospects in target markets
- Craft and send thoughtful outbound messaging via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Book discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team
- Track and manage pipeline activity in our CRM
- Work closely with leadership to refine outbound strategy and learn the ropes of enterprise SaaS sales
- Get smarter about AI and insurance every day
About You

- You’re naturally curious, quick on your feet, and eager to learn
- You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can help shape the playbook
- You’re not afraid to cold call, follow up, or get a little scrappy
- You bring positive energy, team spirit, and a strong desire to grow
Bonus:
- Experience in outbound sales or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Apollo, or HubSpot
- Interest in SaaS, fintech, or insurtech
