A leading hospitality management group is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support its growing team in Seattle. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes of renowned restaurant and hospitality concepts across the country.
What You’ll Do:
- Post job openings and manage the recruitment lifecycle
- Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
- Handle offboarding and employee exits as needed
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to field managers
- Own payroll processing and accuracy
- Manage employee data across systems
- Oversee benefits administration and enrollment
- Stay current on HR best practices and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or retail
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of labor laws (federal, state, local)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software tools
- Problem solver with a strategic mindset
- Team-focused, upbeat, and solutions-oriented
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
