We are looking for a dynamic Executive Chef with experience in both high volume traditional Steakhouses and contemporary restaurant operations. If you are a talented chef with vast knowledge of ingredients, proteins and techniques combined with strong leadership skills for high volume, apply today!
STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS:
- High level of proficiency and skill set w/ protein preparation
- 5-years experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager
- High volume, contemporary upscale dining
- Must be a positive leader and coach
- Hands-on, creative, and skilled
STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads with positivity and is responsible for all back of house operations
- Responsible for managing costs, labor, quality standards
- Coaches, trains, and developed our kitchen team
- Upholds highest standards of production, presentation, and cleanliness
- Communicates effectively with the team, executive leadership, and guests
- Sets high standards and provides accountability when necessary
STEAKHOUSE EXECUTIVE CHEF BENEFITS:
- 95k-105k salary
- Medical insurance (80% Coverage)
