Upscale restaurant group seeks resourceful, collaborative Human Resources Generalist. Reporting to the Director of HR, this role is key to supporting daily HR operations, compliance, and a positive team culture. If you're a hands-on HR professional with a collaborative mindset, we’d love to hear from you!


HR Generalist Compensation & Benefits:

Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll and compensation processes
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews
  • Maintain org charts, job descriptions, and salary data
  • Assist with recruitment and applicant tracking
  • Handle employee questions and provide HR support
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Experience with payroll, HRIS, and ATS platforms
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Hospitality, restaurant, or retail experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% required
