  • Maintaining the brand requirements
  • Guest communication and ensure experience is positive
  • Day-to-day hotel operations
  • Control of scheduling and expenses
  • Marketing
  • Communication with the corporate office

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with hotel management
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel
  • Experience with budget control and expense
  • Certifications with hotel brands
