What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen setting (fast-casual or full-service)
- Bonus if you’ve dabbled in front-of-house roles—we value well-rounded team leads
- Comfortable with fast-paced service and managing takeout/delivery flow
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead kitchen and service operations with confidence and efficiency
- Train and inspire your team to bring their best every shift
- Deliver top-notch guest experiences through consistency, communication, and care
