Associate Attorney Opportunity in Roswell, GA – 1-3 years experience

Ready to advance your legal career in civil litigation? My client, a dynamic firm in Roswell, GA, just outside Atlanta, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 1- 3 years of experience to join our team. We’re looking for a JD holder who embodies the core values: Drive, Authenticity, Innovation, Service, and Team. If you’re eager to tackle impactful litigation and build strong client relationships, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigation & Counseling: Deliver high-quality legal services in residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to meet their legal needs and represent the firm at industry events with a service-first approach.
  • Case Ownership: Manage cases from start to finish, including legal research, writing, and courtroom appearances.
  • Precision & Organization: Handle a high volume of cases with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients through excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel within Georgia as needed (reliable transportation required).

Qualifications:

  • Education: JD, licensed to practice law in Georgia.
  • Experience: Approximately 1-3 years of civil litigation experience (e.g., post-JD work, clerkships, or equivalent).
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
