We’re a fast-growing, VC-backed start-up building AI-powered solutions for the insurance industry. Our platform automates manual workflows — helping clients move faster and smarter. We’ve doubled revenue every quarter and are ready to scale our go-to-market team.
We’re hiring a VP of Sales to lead that charge. You’ll report to the CEO, build and scale the sales team, own strategic accounts, and drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do
- Build, lead, and mentor a growing sales team
- Own key deals and represent the company in the market
- Create scalable processes across the sales funnel
- Work closely with product on roadmap feedback
- Drive GTM strategy and consistently hit growth goals
What You Bring
- 8+ years in B2B sales experience in the insurance industry, 3+ in a leadership role
- Experience selling complex tech into regulated industries
- Strong presence and deep insurance industry relationships
