We are looking for a General Manager for our hotel who is gregarious, outgoing, personable, friendly, but most of all, who is the face of our property! Our GMs are passionate about genuine hospitality; we are looking for leaders who embrace the opportunity to meet and greet guests. Do you think you would be a good fit?
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a GM in an Extended stay or Select Service, flagged property
- 5+ years of hotel leadership experience
- Genuine servant leader management style
- Hospitality-focused leadership and guest experience approach
- Excellent financial acumen
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the team with integrity and care
- Train and develop team members; invest in your people
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness and organization of the property
- Meet and greet with guests regularly; interact with genuine hospitality
- Manage financials with accuracy, prudence, and honesty
