We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our growing manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting a workforce of approximately 150 employees—most of whom are production line staff. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing HR, demonstrate a stable work history, and be passionate about fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Human Resources Manager Controller Benefits:

Human Resources Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Oversee administration of ADP payroll, health benefits, and 401(k) plans.
  • Coordinate with employee leasing/staffing agencies to support production needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies and employment law compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support safety and training programs to ensure a compliant and engaged workforce.
  • Develop and implement HR processes as the department grows over time.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment with effective communication across all levels.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

  • B.A. degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with employee lease/staffing arrangements strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in ADP and HRIS systems; strong understanding of benefits and payroll administration.
  • Committed work history with 2+ years at previous roles.
  • Must work onsite; candidates should reside within a 45-minute commute of the Telge Road area.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
