The Role

We’re looking for a Nightlife Rooftop Manager with General Manager-level leadership who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-energy environment. You’ll take full ownership of the rooftop—from vibe to volume, staffing to service. You’re not just managing the night—you’re driving the experience.

What You’ll Own

  • Full operational leadership of the rooftop venue—bar, floor, and guest experience
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that brings the energy every night
  • Maintain premium standards in service, cleanliness, ambiance, and hospitality
  • Manage all bar operations, including mixology program, inventory, and cost controls
  • Partner with security, promoters, and DJs to ensure a seamless nightlife experience
  • Drive VIP service, private events, and bottle service operations
  • Lead hiring, scheduling, training, and performance development
  • Actively engage on the floor to monitor vibe, troubleshoot, and elevate service
  • Own guest issues with professionalism, urgency, and style

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume nightlife, rooftop, or lounge venues
  • Strong GM-level operational background—bar, floor, guest, and team management
  • Deep understanding of cocktail culture, bar management, and nightlife trends
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills
  • Cool under pressure with the ability to read a room and drive the right vibe
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and nightlife compliance
  • Passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
  • Experience with VIP clientele, special events, and bottle service operations a huge plus
