🌟 Area Director – KILLER CHICAGO QSR BRAND 🌟
Location: Greater Chicago Area (travel between locations required)
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 base + MASSIVE quarterly performance bonus
We’re looking for an Area Director to oversee multiple high-energy neighborhood shops in the Chicago area. This role will feel like home if you thrive on coaching teams, optimizing operations, and creating vibrant, guest-first environments. This hands-on leadership position blends operational strategy with a passion for people, and a love for great food never hurts.
You’ll guide 5–8 locations, partner with General Managers, and ensure each store meets performance goals while maintaining the upbeat atmosphere our guests know and love. From driving sales to supporting team growth, this is an opportunity to influence both the numbers and the culture in a fast-growing brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations across multiple neighborhood shops
- Mentor and develop General Managers and rising leaders
- Monitor labor, inventory, sales goals, and operational efficiency
- Ensure brand standards and guest experience remain top-notch
- Collaborate with internal teams to support hiring, training, and marketing
- Visit stores regularly and respond to needs with proactive solutions
What You Bring
- 3+ years of multi-unit leadership in QSR, hospitality, or retail
- Strong leadership presence with an eye for guest experience
- Proficiency with labor controls, scheduling, inventory, and P&L management
- Clear, confident communication and a collaborative mindset
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
