Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
  • Effectively manage food and labor costs
  • Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation daily
  • Execute high-quality, delicious food while running efficient BOH operations
  • Work side by side with team

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant.
  • The ideal candidate has some corporate systems experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong hands-on leadership ability
  • Experience with 2M sales volume or higher and must have events and/or banquet experience
  • Strong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operations
  • Passion for food, hospitality and desire to move your career forward
