Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
- Effectively manage food and labor costs
- Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation daily
- Execute high-quality, delicious food while running efficient BOH operations
- Work side by side with team
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant.
- The ideal candidate has some corporate systems experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong hands-on leadership ability
- Experience with 2M sales volume or higher and must have events and/or banquet experience
- Strong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operations
- Passion for food, hospitality and desire to move your career forward
