Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
Effectively manage food and labor costs
Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation daily
Execute high-quality, delicious food while running efficient BOH operations
Work side by side with team

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

At least 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant.
The ideal candidate has some corporate systems experience
Excellent communication skills and strong hands-on leadership ability
Experience with 2M sales volume or higher and must have events and/or banquet experience
Strong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operations
Passion for food, hospitality and desire to move your career forward
