Insurance Customer Service Agent – Life
Join a 60+ year-old life insurance company and play a key role in building out a growing direct-to-consumer agency. If you're licensed, bilingual, and passionate about helping people, this is the opportunity for you.
Insurance Customer Service Agent Benefits and Compensation:
· 401k with 6% match
· Health, dental, vision, and cell phone stipend
· 160 hours PTO + 11 paid holidays
Insurance Customer Service Agent Qualifications/Responsibilities:
· Active AZ Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain Series 13-31)
· 2+ years of customer service experience; call center background preferred
· Bilingual in English and Spanish
· Provide efficient, courteous service while building customer relationships
