We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner (Contract) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals. As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee relations, and performance management. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a generalist role
- Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to department leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Lead talent development efforts, including succession planning, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, supporting a fair and inclusive workplace environment
Compensation:
- Competitive salary of $85,000-$95,000
- 6–9 months' temp-to-hire.
