***RELOCATION TO NASHVILLE, TN***
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations for our chef-driven restaurant group in Nashville, TN. Are you a hospitality driven, passionate and high-energy DOO who is experienced in high-volume, upscale dining? Do you have a culture first mindset, and thrive in independent or chef-driven concepts? Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 7+ years in a multi-unit leadership role in a chef-driven, high volume ($9M+) upscale dining concept
- Willingness and ability to live and work in Nashville, TN
- New restaurant opening experience is strongly preferred!
- Strong financial acumen (P&L management skills required)
- In-depth understanding of Michelin and James Beard-level trends
- Foster vendor relationships, negotiate contracts
- Develop, train, coach and mentor GM's to create a strong culture
