Front-of-House Manager – Casual Dining
We’re an established casual dining group known for great service and a fun, welcoming vibe. We’re looking for passionate FOH Managers to lead our teams and ensure smooth, high-energy operations that wow our guests.
FOH Restaurant Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Lead, train, and inspire FOH team members
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve concerns
- Oversee daily floor operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Partner with BOH for seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness, service standards, and team morale
- Assist with labor management and cost controls
- 2+ years of FOH management experience in casual dining
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Guest-first mindset and passion for hospitality
- Experience with POS and scheduling systems
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
FOH Restaurant Manager Benefits:
