Join Our Team as Director of Nursing – Luxury Senior Living Community | Florida
Are you a passionate and experienced nursing leader looking to make a meaningful impact in a premier senior living setting? We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and ensure our residents receive the exceptional care they deserve.

Director of Nursing Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Florida RN license and AHCA Core Training certification
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in healthcare; assisted living or home health strongly preferred
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, including hiring and supervision
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
- As our Director of Nursing, you will lead the nursing department with excellence and compassion. You'll be responsible for managing clinical operations, supporting and developing your team, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and promote best-in-class care
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor nursing staff
- Create and maintain comprehensive resident care plans
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Serve as a key liaison to residents and families, promoting trust and open communication
- Implement and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate on budget management and resource planning
