Healthcare Account Executive – Senior Living Services

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and senior living? Our nationally recognized senior living service provider is looking for an experienced Healthcare Account Executive to join our growing team!

We’re seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual who understands the senior living landscape and currently calls on hospitals. If you're a natural relationship builder with a proven track record in field sales and territory management, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career.

Healthcare Sales Account Executive Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Proactively generate new business through cold-calling and prospecting referral sources
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with referral partners in the senior living and healthcare space
  • Collaborate closely with our inside sales team to consistently exceed monthly sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare service sales and marketing
  • Demonstrated success in new business development
  • Strong, existing relationships with hospital Case Managers, Discharge Planners, and Social Workers

Healthcare Account Executive Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $80,000
  • Uncapped commission potential – On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $115,000+
