Job Overview:
· Perform all kitchen positions and work independently, including pantry and banquet roles, as required by business demands.
· Support team members with mentorship, training development, and daily preparation guidance..
· Assists the chef with specialty dinners and events, requiring minimal supervision..
· Creates daily features and special menus with the chef's input and approval, while considering the outlet's cuisine theme..
· Facilitates all food requisitions and ordering needs with the chef's guidance and approval for budgeting..
· Leads and manages the service when the chef is unavailable.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of Full-Service Restaurant Sous Chef experience
· Effective leadership, clear communication, and strong organizational skills.
· Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
· Must be passionate about cleanliness and food safety
· Open to working days, nights, and weekends
