One of the area's top cleaning services companies is searching for its next great Area Manager for DC/S. Maryland.

We are looking for a great Area Manager who leads by example and can be hands-on when needed. Our company boasts growth and celebrates hard-working, strong leaders.

Area Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hires, trains, and develops site cleaners and team leaders
  • Ensures customer satisfaction
  • Oversees 25 client buildings/locations
  • Inspects work and ensures quality

Area Manager Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in Cleaning Services / Janitorial
  • Valid driver's license
  • A friendly, positive attitude
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED
  • Schedule is Monday-Friday

Area Manager Benefits:

  • Salary $75,000 – $85,000
