What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of fine dining management experience, ideally in high-volume operations
- Strong food and wine knowledge—you know your pairings and profiles
- Proficient with Micros POS and OpenTable
- Skilled in staff scheduling and labor planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- History of longevity and upward growth in your roles
- A professional presence and high standard of accountability
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead service with a dynamic, guest-focused floor presence
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing team
- Ensure consistent execution of systems, standards, and service
- Manage inventory, food/labor costs, and daily operations
- Partner with the GM to exceed both guest and business expectations
