Requirements
- Leadership responsibilities include supporting daily operations, team supervision, and overall guest satisfaction
- Customer-focused mindset to ensure every visitor has a memorable, engaging experience
- Operational duties such as scheduling, supply management, and maintaining safety and cleanliness
- Workshop involvement with prep, coordination, and supporting interactive classes
Qualifications
- Experienced in retail, hospitality, or entertainment with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Hands-on attitude with a comfort level in playful, tactile, and sensory-based environments
- Communicative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a dynamic setting
