Director of Front Office Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all duties of Front Office, Guest Services & Concierge
• Ability to handle guest concerns with ease and understanding
• Staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling
• Responsible for short and long-term planning and the management of the hotel’s Front Office operations
• Develop and execute cohesive revenue, labor, and operations strategies aligned with overall property goals
• Ensuring all Forbes and AAA standards are being utilized on a regular basis

Director of Front Office Requirements:

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in hotel operations management, with wide-ranging experience in managing Front Desk & VIP Services
• Strong leadership abilities, superior problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Previous experience in a large, integrated luxury resort setting is beneficial
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
