Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably as a pastry cook or baker
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Proficient in cake decorating, pastry presentation, and dessert plating
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or certification in Baking & Pastry Arts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating visually appealing desserts
