Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably as a pastry cook or baker
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • Proficient in cake decorating, pastry presentation, and dessert plating
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or certification in Baking & Pastry Arts is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating visually appealing desserts
