We’re hiring P&C Insurance Producers to join a rapidly growing national insurance agency. This fully remote position is perfect for licensed agents who thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment and want to sell personal lines. No cold calls. Just warm inbound leads and real opportunity to close.
P&C Insurance Producer Compensation & Benefits
- Base + Commission: Competitive salary with uncapped earnings and performance bonuses
- Full Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid training
- Remote Flexibility: 11am–8pm ET shift with licensing support and growth pathways
P&C Insurance Producer Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Licensing: Active P&C license in your resident state
- Experience: 1–2+ years in insurance sales; high-volume phone experience preferred
- Sales Execution: Take 10–12 inbound calls/day, quote and bind policies, and meet sales targets
- Cross-Selling: Identify bundling opportunities across auto, home, and personal lines
