We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related processes. This role will be responsible for managing system configurations, maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and optimizing HR technology to improve efficiency. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and implement system enhancements.
HRIS Analyst Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary in the range of $65,000 to $85,000

HRIS Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS (ADP) to ensure accurate employee data management, reporting, and system functionality.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to develop and implement system improvements, new modules, and automation solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, troubleshooting discrepancies, and enforcing data governance best practices.
- Generate and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical support, user training, and documentation for HRIS-related processes and functionalities.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR and Payroll to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
- Oversee system security, user roles, and permissions to maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
HRIS Analyst Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, or payroll systems management.
- Strong proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS platforms, with experience in system configuration and data reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.
