🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for a variety of construction projects
• Conduct take-offs to determine scope, materials, and labor needs
• Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to align on timelines, budgets, and expectations
• Create clear, comprehensive proposals and supporting documents using Excel and Word
• Maintain strong communication with subcontractors and internal teams
• Use estimating tools and technology to streamline accuracy and efficiency

🧰 What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 in estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Project
• Experience with Carlson Takeoff or AutoCAD and familiarity with TOPCON GPS
• Strong understanding of estimating software and concepts (e.g., HeavyBid)
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines while staying organized and efficient
